A hundred years ago

In the timeless Engadine landscape, many views can still be found today that Peter Robert Berry II captured on canvas. Nevertheless, there are differences between reality and the paintings: The painter often took the artistic liberty to alter the composition of the mountains and lakes, the forests and meadows, in order to find a successful aesthetic interplay.
